8" dovetail plate for the Letus TaG system. Plate is machined from a solid peice of aircraft grade Swiss aluminum. Sandblasted with a type III, hard anodized finish. The bottom of the plate features recessed velcro strips for attaching the MCS shoulder pad. Two, spring-loaded safety pins prevent the dovetail from sliding out of the TaG receiver.
Each end of the plate has 4 1/4-20 female threads for attaching the TaG rod drop downs. This allows you to attach support rods directly to the TaG dovetail for an ultra low profile rig.
