This is a complete system — one transmitter and one receiver. It is a transmission system, not a monitor; feed it into the monitors you already run.
4,900 feet is nearly a mile of line-of-sight range, and the transmitter holds a stable link to as many as 20 receivers — add receivers as the monitor village grows. TWiFi carries 4K60 UHD with automatic frequency hopping, and DFS certification opens the cleaner 5GHz channels most consumer gear cannot legally use.
