I can always trust the Letus team to stand by their products! An Arri Mini LF drained a bad battery to the point it took down my Letus Helix Pro power switch with it. Thankfully the switch fused in the ON position and I was able to finish the day! The Letus team responded promptly via Skype and coordinated the repair. I had my Helix repaired in just a few days.
