Letus Helix upgrade

This is the trade-in upgrade of the Helix Original version purchased directly from Letus or its authorized dealer between the period of July 2014 through June 2015. You will be trading in your original design Helix with 42 pole motors for an Encoded Helix Mg.

How does this work?

In order to be eligible for this trade-in upgrade, you must email us your proof of purchase either directly from Letus or its authorized dealer. at info@letus35.com. Once the upgrade is purchase, we will instruct you on how to send your Helix for the trade-in. Once we verify the proof of purchase and receive your unit, we will ship you the new Helix Mg.

What are the benefits of encoders?

• Preventing motors from losing their position (skipping steps) when bumped or moved too aggressively
• Dramatically increasing battery life (up to 5 times longer life!)
• Increasing torque, giving you the extra strength needed for more aggressive panning motions
